Millburn and Short Hills had another strong month in Real Estate Sales.

There were 30 closed transactions. Of the 30, there is no doubt that the homes priced under $1,500,000 sold for better prices, equating to almost 101% of asking price and in an average of 34 days–less than half the number of days needed for the balance of the closed sales; whereas, the 9 homes listed over $1,500,000 and sold, showed a significantly weaker 92.7% of asking price and sold in an average of 78 days.
